- I just had a fire I booked a storage rental for the last of what I could salvage from my 3 family home. I arrived to be told by Shawn that my rental was not ready today -Saturday and to come back Monday. I have no house anymore where did he want me to leave my belongings. He offered a larger unit for a larger price I told him I do not have that many things. He offered a storage for half the size for 30.00 less. I told him I would rebook on the site I use. I went to a friend's house and rebooted the storage this time a different special for 105 for half the size of the other one. I drive back to be told that he could not give me the new rental because I declined the rental that was not ready. I told him I didn't decline it rather your company had it listed and I booked it and you still have other people's stuff inside it if you move their stuff out I will happily put mines in. This is false advertising it's not available. He told me I can not do a rental with the company. I have been using this storage facility since 2012. Shawn the manager was unhelpful and I'm filing charges with the better business bureau. Since they have been taken over by a new company I definitely do not recommend this place or Shawn. I would use 20 Mill St storage.

- 1. Zero cell or WiFi reception. I reached out to office and corporate many times and even offered to pay premium for WiFi access. Many people who rent are doing do so for business and having your biz shut down while you use the space is a nightmare. 2. I paid my rent every single month during Covid. Many did not. They received very cushy deals. But for me, someone who paid every month during COVID THEY RAISED MY RENT. I can’t wait to get out. 3. They are charging a colleague a lower price than I am being charged and I have no idea why. The woman at front desk is lovely but really I other than she I don’t have much good to say about the place.

- I had an emergency move out so my options were limited. The gates don't work. So it made it harder to move my items. Inside. The halls are very clean and comfortable to walk threw. BUT.. My storage unit was so dusty from the cement. My mattress dropped and caused a thick dust cloud that reacted my asthma and also made the clothes I had on very dirty. We look like we were doing construction work , no good .The unit need to be spayed with water and whipped out before renting..

- My previous storage facility seemed to increase prices every 6 months to where their greed forced me to shop around. I must thank them for being so greedy. I am now paying 50% less for a space with 50% more room! Really… Not only that but the entire facility is 100% cleaner and I don’t have to walk around my vehicle to check for discarded screws/nails Finally I was actually welcomed by the staff via text AND phone call. I know storage isn’t cheap but this really was a welcome change Thanks!!! (No big deal but the clean would have been a 5 if the 2 pot holes weren’t there)
