- We set up the rental by internet and phone. The storage place is very convenient and close to TCNJ. Checking in was quick and efficient. We pulled right up to the loading dock. There were plenty of carts to move our stuff, and the place was very clean. The first month has several extra fees, so short term is a larger expense than we anticipated, but all of the rental places charge the administrative and start up fees so no surprise.

- Initially a lot of paperwork but that's to be expected for any contract. I didn't know there were no dogs on premises and I was babysitting a puppy while I was doing the majority of my move so it was in the car. The employees came out and informed me without making a big deal out of it or asking me to leave, very professionally handled. Unit is clean and easy to access. I would like to see more insurance options for those of us storing very valuable things (tools, cars, etc.). $5000 doesn't cover one drawer of my toolbox >.

- The doors to my unit are very sticky, don't open, close, or latch corredly, though they are usable by fiddling with them a lot. They need to keep their units in better shape. Usable, but not nearly up to the standard of other units that I've rented in the past. I usually rent from U-Haul, but Public Storage was a lot closer, and I needed a unit in a hurry. Personnel are friendly enough, very helpful, but the facility detracts from the overall experience.
