- Initially a lot of paperwork but that's to be expected for any contract. I didn't know there were no dogs on premises and I was babysitting a puppy while I was doing the majority of my move so it was in the car. The employees came out and informed me without making a big deal out of it or asking me to leave, very professionally handled. Unit is clean and easy to access. I would like to see more insurance options for those of us storing very valuable things (tools, cars, etc.). $5000 doesn't cover one drawer of my toolbox >.

- When I got to the storage I couldn't find my spot cause it was snowed in, I had to shovel the spot out , they did offer to refund me, but I needed to move my vehicle right away, the lady at the office was very nice said she put in for a concession or credit because of having to shovel all the snow, guess we'll see, just would of liked to know b4 I got there .

- Additionally, I was at the facility without code to get in to initial code on temp lock with movers on way and with no one at facility it was impossible to get through your phone line. As truck drove in I finally got a person to speak with (took 45 minutes) Signage outside or buildings and within buildings is non existent to find storage only option is to walk all over and look - Add signs with storage numbers and arrows
