- We set up the rental by internet and phone. The storage place is very convenient and close to TCNJ. Checking in was quick and efficient. We pulled right up to the loading dock. There were plenty of carts to move our stuff, and the place was very clean. The first month has several extra fees, so short term is a larger expense than we anticipated, but all of the rental places charge the administrative and start up fees so no surprise.

- Additionally, I was at the facility without code to get in to initial code on temp lock with movers on way and with no one at facility it was impossible to get through your phone line. As truck drove in I finally got a person to speak with (took 45 minutes) Signage outside or buildings and within buildings is non existent to find storage only option is to walk all over and look - Add signs with storage numbers and arrows

- Have only just started renting - have not even completed moving in. (Went to see unit and stored a few items but my actual move won't take place for a few days yet). So this review is just based on first impression but all of the people I dealt with at Life Storage could not possibly have been friendlier or more helpful. They were very patient and nice to deal with and even were excellent at being proactive - anticipating my needs and providing me with helpful advise even before I thought of asking for it. Something you don't find in many businesses these days. The employees I deal with at LifeStorage genuinely seemed to care!
