- Easy to make an online reservation. Locker was clean and ready for us to store stuff. Everything went smoothly except for the Entry Code to the facility. It was not set-up ahead of time, so we could not get into the facility. Fortunately, we got there when the office was open and they activated the code so we could get in. - I should have written this a couple of months ago, but it took a long time to move a business. The day we arrived from Chicago to this Public Storage, I was running close to their closing time. I called ahead and talked to Kelly and let her know I was on my way with a 19' truck. Even though it was close to closing, Kelly assured me she wouldn't leave. I had to unload the truck that night to get it back the next day. She was super wonderful, friendly and professional. I was so grateful she didn't leave. I have used this storage facility before and it is always clean and secure. Highly recommend.

It would have been a better experience if someone had mentioned in advance that a security lock was needed since this was my first time using a storage unit. Customer service people were very friendly & efficient, but I waited almost 1 hour until someone returned to the office. I had been told the lunch hour time, so I arranged my schedule not to arrive during lunch time.

Only minor thing was, the person that had taken care of setting up my account was, she left out one digit on my account number, unintentionally, she was a little busy when signing up my account, but, we got it all corrected two days later when we went down to set it up for an online payment service. Love the Easy access as far as getting anytime during business hours, it's Great, No problems. Also, if there were, there's Always someone right there, in the office, for help.
