- We set up the rental by internet and phone. The storage place is very convenient and close to TCNJ. Checking in was quick and efficient. We pulled right up to the loading dock. There were plenty of carts to move our stuff, and the place was very clean. The first month has several extra fees, so short term is a larger expense than we anticipated, but all of the rental places charge the administrative and start up fees so no surprise.

- My daughter called on her way to facility. She was going to arrive just before closing. At that time, rep told her he needed cash or check book (she had neither). She called me in a panic as she was flying out of country next morning. I called back and convinced the rep that his credit card machine not working was not our problem, and he needed to figure out a solution. He agreed; but his previous conversation with my daughter was ridiculous as he acted like he had no options (and she would be late if stopped at bank) and couldn't process payment if she was even one minute late.
