And I was able to get the entry code to be able to get into the storage facility and my box within an hour of me filling out my registration online and when I got there the place was clean and every time I've called the people have been very nice and helpful I would recommend this place to anybody!

- Security gate is not working at this site. This goes against your claim that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a secure site! A group of the night lights shut off and then on around every 15 seconds making it difficult after a while. Security here is a big issue, gate needs to be fixed soon or Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll start looking for a secure lockup.

I enjoy having a conversation about what's going on, what I'm actually purchasing, and if a deal benefits myself as well as the provider. Thirdly, I believe first impressions are everything. All of my worries were washed away when I found life storage in Lee, NH. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, but I received a phone call within 15 minutes of making a reservation to discuss my needs and expectations of this facility. I showed up and was relieved at the availability of parking outside of the office/property. When i went into the office and introduced myself, Wendy said she had been expecting me and was extremely helpful in answering last minute questions I had, and making me feel confident and comfortable in deciding to rent a space in their facility. The customer service I not only received, but also witnessed was beyond my expectations. Thanks to Wendy for making what should have been a banal task, a surprisingly comfortable and genuinely good experience.

- I had excellent customer service, I moved across country and the team at BlueBird in Dover was amazing, a move like that is very stressful but moving into this facility took the stress off at final stage of the move. They helped me coordinate with my movers and were very friendly while doing so! When I got to facility to move in, they provided all the info I needed, the facility is super clean, lots of carts to bring in and carry out your stuff. Definitely would recommend this place!

- We were in need of a rental truck and a long term storage area. We started the process online which was actually going well but I needed to ask the storage facility a question directly. When we spoke to Jenn she was WONDERFUL! After telling her about our issues, she took the time to find us MUCH better options at much better prices than we found online! Then upon arriving we realized we needed a larger unit and she resolved that as well! Jenn was friendly, knowledgeable and professional! We will call her for ALL of our UHAUL needs, even those outside our area! Her supervisor Staci was also wonderful! Only concern I have is that I signed up for a storage unit for $62.00 a month for a full year but then I was told by the manager working on the day I arrived that the price was only good for three months! That is not what my contract states. I hope you will honor the $62.00 per month as I had understood the overall price to be.
