- We have been renting two units from this location (8235 Fairview Road, Mint Hill, NC) for a couple of years now and it has changed ownership/management. Under the previous ownership (Mini Mack Storage), the area appeared to be more secure (required code access for gate to open/close) and gravel access roads were maintained in a timely manner. It appears now that the main gate is left open continuously and there are numerous potholes located along the gravel access drives that need attention. Costs went up but it appears quality went down.
