- So the property manager Julie is super nice but I was surprised by how many additional charges their are. You have to buy this 20 dollar lock you have to have 15 dollar a month storage unit insurance and this Admin fee so setup jumps from 25 dollars to over 60 dollars and you have an additional 15 dollars tacked on to your monthly rent.

- I only have ONE issue and that is not having better parking storage. My space is on dirt and whenever it rains,then you have mud. No one wants to walk in mud and track it into there car. Gravel should have placed all over the parking area, not just a few.
