- My family has been using 3 units over the course of 6 months during a long, drawn-out move. I have been to storage weekly during all these months to work in the units, cleaning and organizing. There was a period of weeks when the gate was not working properly or was left completely open. I called in my concerns and it did take several weeks to get this problem fixed. But since it has been fixed, there have not been any other issues. The facility is clean and the indoor units are conditioned so our belongings have kept well despite crazy NC weather extremes. I also love the variety of carts made available to move things easily in and out.

- Made my reservation online, and then realized it was going to snow 8 inches the night before my move-in date. I called and was able to get reschedule a day earlier with no trouble. Walked into the location, and had excellent customer service. Kayla processed everything quickly and efficiently. She was friendly & helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. This is my second time using this location for storage, and have been happy both times.

- Everything went smoothly when I called to get everything set up, but when I got there were extra fees that wasn't told to me over the phone about having to pay for their lock instead of bringing your own and the insurance but due to the nature of my emergency I paid it anyway. I could've paid a lot less with another storage place down the street.

- I've had a storage space for four months. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, which I've really appreciated. The space itself is easy to navigate and mostly very clean. When I first moved in, there was a little broken glass in the groove under the door to my space, which I didn't notice at first. It just got missed in the clean up. Not a big deal, and the excellent customer service has more than made up for it in my overall experience.
