The facility is easy to access off the highway, has multiple sides of the building to park and enter, access to carts to move items, safe and secure entrances into and around the building, and clean/like new storage areas. I accidentally did not lock my unit correctly and Jamie called to let me know. When I returned she offered to check my unit with me to make sure I knew how to lock it. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Overall, a professional storage facility that I feel confident my items are stored as well as in my own home.

- The clerk was about to NOT let me move in. He made two phone calls because the price listed on their computer was higher than the price per month that I was quoted. I finally told the clerk to call his manager back and I spoke to the manager who agreed to let me move in with the price quote that I had via two emails that I had on my phone. It was a very frustrating move in. I took the day off work and had people scheduled to move items into my storage unit. Luckily in the end everything worked out, but it wouldn't have if I didn't speak up.

Cleanliness is important to protect the items I am storing, so the facility is exceptionally clean and I am pleased. Highly recommend.
