- Musty/moldy smell might need some attention to the units in tunnels. They could also use a sweeping. But actual unit itself, was good. 1st unit shown to us had a bad oil/stained floor, which is that was the only unit available, I would not have rented from you.

- Exceptional staff, although my appt was scheduled, and i arrived and the door to office was locked, and staff person was on the phone, i stood out in sub below weather for around 5 to 10 minutes, she was apoligetic, but i feel perhaps the person on line could have been put on hold for the few steps it would have taken to come and allow me to enter the warm office...otherwise good experience..i was taken aback at the extra cost of the lock and keys and the monthly insurance you had to purchase, it was not stated on the website..rather disheartening..but the staff were excellent ..
