- The staff (on the phone and in person) were very helpful. We were a little surprised about the insurance coverage required. Insurance coverage should be clearly stated on the website or mentioned when calling ahead to make a reservation. It wasn't until we were paying for our $1 for the first month plus $20 registration fee when they added in the mandatory insurance required for $11 more. The amount wasn't an issue but the way it was brought to my attention was. Again, other than that, the process went smoothly.
