- I rented a small unit and the price was different when I got there due to admin fees that wasn't expressed on the website. They told me if I gave them a good google review that they would wave the fees (before I knew about the customer service). I forgot to put my lock on so they put one on there. On February 11, 2026 I went there to put something in and take something out so I sat on the floor to go thru my bag. A man and 2 women came back there to confront me and said I can't live in there and that I was watching movies on my phone. I was out numbered and felt Bullied! I hadn't even been in the building 15 minutes. He kept insulting me for a few more minutes until one of t he women told him to come on and grabbed his arm. They then went to the office and sent me a email saying they have not been able to contact me. I then went to the office and asked him why he sent this and Im standing right here? I said your trying to create a false paper trail so then he said "your Evicted effective immediately get your stuff out in 24 hours!I said you cant do that I dont owe a balance. He said I can do whatever I want and I can refuse you service! I went back to the unit to call a lawyer and one the of the women came back there trying to give me paperwork and I refused to take it. She stood in my face and said "your have to take this paper"!. I didn't accept it. I will warn EVERYONE I can about these people. Don't do business there unless you want to be treated like DIRT!

- We moved in to your unit on 2/16. The biggest snow storm of the year. Bad timing yes. The storage facility and manager were aware we would be moving on that day. We pulled up to the storage unit at 3pm that day only to find that NOTHING had been plowed. The driveway to the facility was not plowed nor was the road back to the storage unit. When a manager arrived she had to park at a neighboring business and walk over because her car couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t make it into the driveway of the facility. Absolutely no excuse.

- I moved from Florida to Michigan and spoke to AMY prior to my move, I reserved an outside drive up unit and she assured me it would be available for me when I got there and it was, even though she did not have to hold that particular unit for me. The day I went to sign the paperwork I was really stressed out and and not in too friendly of a mood but AMY remained very friendly and professional. A week later my truck arrived with things, and when they loaded my stuff into the unit the truck driver noticed one of the wall panels in the unit was completely loose and unhinged and could possibly allow someone from the unit next door entry into my unit, needless to say I was REALLY stressed about that, AMY came to the unit, took photos, wrote up an emergency work order and called the manager immediately to expedite the work order, AND Amy called me several times over the next 2 days to reassure me that she was working on getting the issue corrected, and she did. I would definitely recommend this facility, totally due to AMY being the Very Nice and Professional that she is even though I was not as nice as I should have been to her ! Thank You Again Amy !!
