- I came in not knowing what size unit to get but Ashley was very patient, knowledgeable and honest with me during my headache of a time being between selling a home and waiting to move into a new home. I was reassured about the size of the unit with the description of things that I would be moving into it and even upgraded to the climate controlled unit to settle my mind even more. She even walked me around the area to make sure I knew where everything was and how to work it! Thank you for all your help Ashley

- I needed storage space for several months . I wanted a clean space that offered the comforts of security and professionalism. I searched around and visited several different storage locations. - This location had the type of unit we needed the day we moved to the area. Requested a move in that day (online) and received a call in about 15 minutes from (I believe) a manager welcoming us, introducing themselves (I forget her name, now) and reviewing general move in procedures. Toward the end, she was a little short when I asked my 2 questions, but I decided to let that go (maybe they're busy...maybe I'm just tired). When I got there, at my move in time, Jill came outside to greet me (a small gesture, but it made me feel welcome). She was a blast to talk to and offered great feedback about whether the unit we requested would be sufficient. She also gave some great tips about the local area, which I appreciated since I pulled into town earlier that day. Jill was also very thorough when explaining costs, payments, etc. She made the experience a great one.

- The facility is clean and easy to navigate. Jillian made the whole process easy and relatively painless. :) She was helpful in making the transition from a smaller unit to a larger unit, when my needs increased. Kimberly was also helpful and friendly!

- Pros: The facility is fairly new and clean and in a convenient location. My unit was clean and the door and lights worked well. The office has a variety of packing and storage materials (boxes, etc) available for purchase. Security is at least as good as any other storage facility with each customer needing to punch in and out of the facility using their own access code. Neutral: The gate locks for the evening at 9pm. There is no access in or out after that time. On one hand, that could be seen as a security feature. On the other, it could be inconvenient if you want to be there late. Also, there is the possibility that you could get locked in if you're not careful. Cons: You have to purchase their lock ($20) because the doors are not compatible with any other lock. Although cheerful and friendly, it annoyed me that the staff member setting up my rental asked me multiple times to do things that would make her look good to her superiors. Specifically, after giving me sales pitches for various packing materials, all of which I declined, she later asked me to buy a box or roll of tape because it would "really help her out" and reminded me that I could return them later if I didn't use them. I declined again, stating that I didn't need them, but she insisted that it didn't matter if I didn't need them because of the return policy. I had to insist a third time that I didn't want to buy anything, especially if I know I don't need it and would then have to bother returning it. She also specifically asked me to provide a review, not because the company appreciates feedback, but because it would make her look good to her boss since these reviews are the only way they have to evaluate employees. After essentially giving me a sales pitch for the review (which I politely nodded through), she picked up the review info card from where I had set it down in front of me and put it in with my lease as if to make sure I wouldn't forget. These are small matters, but they did kind of rub me the wrong way. I also understand that she was just responding to pressures from her superiors. Still, I'm the customer. It's not my responsibility to make you look good to your boss. Or perhaps to her boss, be careful that policies to encourage or measure employee performance don't negatively affect customer service. Well there's the review you asked for. Overall, it was a good experience, but I don't think you'll mind if I "forget" to mention your name.

- This was the first time I have ever needed a storage unit! The Manager was awesome and had two trainees at the time, and was very patient with me as well as them! The unit was clean and not too far, like I had requested. If I ever need another unit, or I hear of a friend that needs one, I would recommend Public Storage for sure!!

- Very good facility. Well lit and clean. Only complaint is that they could use a couple more carts in their climate controlled section. I've been there four times and I waited for someone to finish using the cart each time.

- Very courteous and professional people. Facilities were clean and secure. Cost monthly was quite reasonable. Advertised initial cost to move in with first month for $1.00 was misleading. By the time you bought the mandatory insurance and key lock and paid taxes etc.,, $23 quickly became closer to $60. That was very disappointing. Should have been honest up front about "real" cost to move in.

- This is my 1st experience with a storage outside of my living space, and it is great except the lights inside of my climate controlled area are out. I have inquired about them with the site employee, site manager and the district manager. So far, no lights. Sigh ...........
