- I was quite pleased with how well my recent storage unit rental went. The facility manager, Pam, was outstanding to work with. She was extremely helpful and highly knowledgeable about the facility, rental processes, etc. I was in a bind due to a reservation goof up at another facility. Pam fit me in for a same day appointment to look at available units. While I was there the exact size/type of unit that I needed became available. Pam steered me through their website so I could quickly reserve the unit, lock in a good rate, and set a start date. Later, I requested to pull ahead the start date and that was accommodated as well. My only small gripe was that there was no advance notice about the property insurance requirement. I was initially forced to purchase Public Storage's insurance, and then to cancel it and get a refund I had to return with proof of my own insurance. Had I known about the insurance requirement, I would have brought my proof to the initial contract signing....not a big deal.

- I must admit at first I was concerned when forced to buy a lock from the lady but it was very simple to get a unit and when I upgraded to a bigger unit "Trina" made it so simple and explained that the other lady was no longer employed!
