- Disappointed that the corporate office does not know the schedule of the onsite manager. Called need immediate storage parking, told to bring in as needed immediate place to store camper. Was told ok to bring in (told them on my way now). Property manager to call & confirm space available. This at 2:45 pm. Manager had other appointments and only free at 4:30......now what do I do? I have to wait. Wished corporate ffice could have told me that when I talked to them. Joyce did do a good job with customer service, nice lady....corporate you need to respect the onsite managers schedules and check appointment times.
