- I previously got a small unit and it wasnt the best experience but in the past week I have gotten 3 large units to use while I am in between homes and I used the website to do everything online and it was super easy. You need to have a couple pieces of info for the process but if you have your drivers license and ins policy number you should be good to go. If you dont have a lock for the unit they have a super easy kiosk to get a lock when you move in.

The rental office and the storage facility were clean and no bad odors. Maybe a little dust here and there. Some on the floor in my unit. Hey, it is a storage facility. - I was supposed to move in, but nobody was there, thought the sign said they were open and I was a couple hours away from closing time. I called and the rep could not get ahold of anyone, either. I sat in my car looking for other facilities and the office guy showed up and took care of me and apologized that they were understaffed, so I guess I can’t be too mad. The cart was small and rickety compared to other places, but my unit was close to the door, anyway. My code didn’t work when I came back with another load, so I have to call and figure it out. Luckily another tenant was nice enough to use his code and let me in.
