Once I opened the unit it was a little dirty, so I called the office and marisa came out promptly to sweep and clean everything. This is a really good company and they are an amazing team together.

- The storage facility itself is decent. The only issues I had was with the staff. I reserved a unit online through their website. Was constantly getting phone calls about moving in and signing the paperwork, even though my Move-In date that I selected online wasn't for another 4 days. Just to keep them from calling me 3 times a day, went in to sign paper work, which then started my lease on that day. While signing paper work, Michelle was giving me options for their rental insurance. She told me that I had to go with their company for the insurance, when I asked if I had to go through them. Ended up canceling it a week later when I was told by my Insurance Agent that the storage unit was already covered in my current Insurance Plan. Like I said, the property was decent, and had ok units. Would of given 5 stars if it wasn't for the pushy staff.

I did everything on line but could not find my unit after arriving, she took the time to show me while waiting on another client. Multitasking yes, both of us was pleased with her service.
