- Our gate code didn’t work on Saturday morning for the big move. No one in office, sign says “we’re open” (glued to the door). Had to call Public Storage customer service multiple times after no answer from the property. After one dropped called, and no option for their customer service from the main menu, I was able to get ahold of them and they had a partner property’s manager come out and give me a code that works. Apparently they had a recent system change or something and the new system isn’t working with the online reservations.

- This facility is very clean and well-maintained. The gal working at the counter was very friendly and informative, and my check-in process was seamless. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars simply because I wish the unloading area was larger. We had a 26' U-Haul to unload and although it appears there are 2 lanes inside the loading area, there is no way our U-Haul could fit within one lane. When other patrons arrived with their vehicles, they were unable to enter the garage and had to walk a distance with their items from outside to get into the building. I felt terrible about this! Thank goodness we were unloading on a Friday and not on a busier Saturday.
