- The storage facility itself is decent. The only issues I had was with the staff. I reserved a unit online through their website. Was constantly getting phone calls about moving in and signing the paperwork, even though my Move-In date that I selected online wasn't for another 4 days. Just to keep them from calling me 3 times a day, went in to sign paper work, which then started my lease on that day. While signing paper work, Michelle was giving me options for their rental insurance. She told me that I had to go with their company for the insurance, when I asked if I had to go through them. Ended up canceling it a week later when I was told by my Insurance Agent that the storage unit was already covered in my current Insurance Plan. Like I said, the property was decent, and had ok units. Would of given 5 stars if it wasn't for the pushy staff.
