- I appreciated the help from the reservation service over the phone. The person who located and booked the unit for us was helpful, and I thought, had explained all the necessary details. The staff onsite was friendly as well. Although, I feel I was mislead on the price of the rental. On the phone and via email I was confirmed for $66.50/mo with a $29.00 admin fee for a total due upon move in of $95.50. There was ZERO mention of a monthly mandatory insurance fee, which increased our monthly payment by nearly 20%. We only learned of this when we arrive at the unit with a van load ready to be stored. Left me in a bind and feeling like we were duped.

- This is the cheapest unit I could find. It's relatively clean and move in was easy. However, the online process is really bad. I tried to create an account twice--and it never worked. I am now hearing they can't process my payment for month one even though they used the credit card fine for the initial down payment. I've tried to call, but the call won't go through. When I do talk to them they are lovely--but this has been far more complicated than it should be.
