- The gate sometimes works, sometimes itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s open all night. The automatic sliding door to the building doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work. You need to open and close it manually. Often it is left open negating the fact the building is supposed to be climate controlled. After almost filling my unit, I pulled the string to turn on the light and the bulb fell out. The ONE cart to help you move item only has 3 wheels and it unsafe. The elevator door opens before the elevator is at the correct level creating a tripping hazard, if you try to exit too soon. The online paperwork is a scam to get you to buy their insurance. After filling everything out it wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t let you proceed without buying their insurance, even if you already have insurance.

I totally forgot about my storage unit and my items inside and he reached out to me to remind me that I had acquired a late fee and was about to get another. I went in to pay and he helped me get the late fee removed. He didn't have to do that because I was my fault but he did it on his own. I wish more customer service reps were just like him.
