- The lady at the desk, Lavon, was as nice and helpful as can be. The units were excellent. The grounds were clean. We rented a large climate controlled unit inside . The inside corridors were clean too.The only thing was that the elevator was small. We fortunately did not have large furniture items to store.So it was ok for us. If you store large items better get one of the drive up units with outside drive up entrances.
