Since 2020’s great orchestrated pandemic customer service hardly exists anymore, however in dealing with public storage and meeting Ms Whitney, I have hope customer service is not dead. Whitney went above and beyond! Thanks for excellent customer service!!!

Your staff and facility are great. Both women I have had contact with were so helpful. Andrea was the 1st, sorry I don't remember the name of the 2nd woman, but she was great also. I have already recommended your place to several people.

You can get a locker for a resonable price but thats it. Everything else is way high! The 3' x 4' locker cost like $22ish. The next size up 5' x 4' I was quoted $108!

Experience was good overall--storage unit rental was very easy / streamlined, and equally easy to end when ready to move out. Security measures made me feel comfortable, and the location manager performing the onboarding was very helpful. Advertised first month free was not quite true--administrative costs and buying a special lock designed only to fit their units came up to ~$60 before getting in the door. Overall I wasn't disappointed at all, but this bothered me .

Went to inquire about a unit and was greeted by Ashley, she definitely gave A1 customer service. I would highly recommend this location if your looking into a storage unit. My mother had a issue with her unit/ rental payment and the district manager Daniel Regan he corrected her issues he provided above and beyond service. The customer service representative in the store was polite, and made sure the she that she was able to speak to the district manager, her service was above and beyond as well.

I want to just that I'm am very pleased with the way Kevin handled my situation. I totally forgot about my storage unit and my items inside and he reached out to me to remind me that I had acquired a late fee and was about to get another. I went in to pay and he helped me get the late fee removed. He didn't have to do that because I was my fault but he did it on his own. I wish more customer service reps were just like him.

She was knowledgeable without being overbearing and made this a quick and easy process. The facilities were clean, convenient and secure.

I just started renting from PS in New Orleans, and the staff you have at the Tchoup location made my life. I cannot remember her name, and I feel so bad for that, but you need to find a way to honor her commitment to your company.

The lady at the desk, Lavon, was as nice and helpful as can be. The units were excellent. The grounds were clean. We rented a large climate controlled unit inside . The inside corridors were clean too.The only thing was that the elevator was small. We fortunately did not have large furniture items to store. So it was ok for us. If you store large items better get one of the drive up units with outside drive up entrances.

What’s the difference between an indoor and an outdoor unit?An outdoor storage unit is one that has a direct access and usually drive-up accessible. An indoor unit is located within the building.

What items can't be put in a storage unit?

Most storage facilities will not let you store firearms, perishable items, liquids, illegal drugs, flammable and hazardous materials, live animals or plants.

Are my items insured while being in a storage unit?

You are responsible for the items that you store. Storage facility's insurance provides protection for the location that houses the storage units and not the contents of individual storage units. If your homeowner insurance doesn't cover your items, usually the facility manager will help you sign up with an insurance provider.

Can I use my renters insurance for a storage unit?

Anything your renter's insurance policy covers under usual conditions would be covered in your storage unit. Usually, renters insurance will cover items in a unit up to 10% of your policy limits, but the coverage does not include natural disasters. However, there may be exceptions to this, check with your insurance company to see if you're covered.

What do I need to bring with me when to rent a unit?

You will need a government-issued photo ID(driver’s license, state ID or passport) to complete your storage unit rental agreement.

Can I access my unit anytime I want?

Most storage locations are open 365 days a year, but access hours may vary. During access hours, usually between 6am – 10pm seven days a week, you can access your unit by using your individual gate code. During office hours, the company employees are available to answer questions and provide on-site support.

How long can I rent a unit?

Most rental contracts are month-to-month agreements and billed in one-month increments. No long-term lease is required unless the customer requests otherwise.
