- Our first visit to the unit, as we pulled in with our moving van and moving help, the manager of the facility saw us and pulled out. We tried to gain access to our unit, our code did not work. With the help of another customer and two calls to customer service, 20 minutes later, we go in. I had left a message on the office phone number in my efforts to get help. The manager called back several hours later. I told her she really should have known that we would be coming and this was our first time, so she should have been there just in case there were problems. She said she had a family emergency, so she had to leave. I said, don't you have anyone else to cover the office while you're gone? She then started pelting me with questions. I said, I don't think I need to answer your questions, you're the one who let us down, not the other way around. She hung up on me.
