- I was told I had a unit reserved to go from larger unit to smaller unit. On move day, I found out they reserved to someone else and had no other units in that size. For one size larger, they would not honor the smaller units price for what they did. Told me canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t help me. This dilemma caused me so much inconvenience and money. To top it off, no apologies. The new storage I went to around the corner was so helpful, cheaper, and friendly.
