- When I got there to sign my papers , nothing was what the call center told me it would be. Supposed to be 2nd floor it was 4th floor. The 2 units I got shown were 2 different sizes but yet marked down as the same size on their computer. The girl at the front desk was rude when I told her everything i was told the day of my registration was different. They quoted me $39 a month the call center and forgot to tell me that every month it was $39 plus $15 so actually it's $54 a month. The payment is due on the 4th with a 5 day grace period which brings you to the 9th being the last day of the grace period . A $20 late fee charged after the grace period which should start on the 10th since the grace period ends on the 9th but was told the $20 late fee starts on the 9th. Well the 4th is the payment day , 5 day grace period should be 5th to 9th and $20 late fee on the 10th. Correct me if I'm wrong. Unless it's a 4 day grace period. But it's not it's 5 days. She was counting the 4th as one of my grace period days when she explained it to me. So it was nothing but confusion. So I just rolled with it , put my stuff in storage and will pay my unit before the late fee and everything should be good. The unit itself is very nice !!!

- Didn't honor the "First Months Rent Free" that was advertised and guaranteed when I reserved unit. When I arrived, employee told me their "internet was down" and I needed to disregard my already set up reservation and "rent a unit" through the website (even though I was at the physical location in person, under the impression I already had a secured reservation and first months rent free was promised after the time I took signing up and acquiring said reservation.) Went from $60 monthly rent/first month waived and an Application or Assessment charge/fee type thing I was already made aware of when reservation....even called and a customer service agent on the phone confirmed I would only have to pay $29 upon moving in/first month. By the time I finally get the unit and am able to move in, I ended up being charged $106. Not trying to be that person, but the whole reason I picked this storage facility was due to the first month free advertisement. Just don't like or think it's professional to not honor what you guarantee a customer. I even had called to confirm before going there just to ensure I wouldn't be hit with any surprises or it not be what it was advertised to be, and was reassured I'd be paying $29 and could move in. Not at all the case. Couldn't even pay in store, had to go in parking lot and start all over again online and pay online and wait for emails to get access codes.
