I called the call center and the call center employee told me the same thing that it would be refunded at the office upon returning the lock we wereturning the lock we were told no refunds but yet a credit to a future bill nowhere is that disclosed. - The desk clerk that helped with the sign up was helpful and very pleasant. The storage unit was clean. The roads had been cleared of the snow. Someone was driving a golf cart type vehicle, looking for and cleaning the area of trash. I feel very safe keeping things in our unit.

I wish now I would have opted for climate control even though they are harder to move into. Would it have been better to get one outside unit and one inside unit.
