- Your online paying system is a joke. I've paid my storage fee twice with 2 separate cards and it's still showing that it's not paid. Now i have to call my banks just to confirm the transaction and come in to pay it. I'm highly upset. So you have basically got paid 3xs for my unit this month.

- The staff was very friendly and let us see the unit before committing to rent the unit. The facility seems secure and well managed. It was $5 cheaper per month to reserve the unit through Sparefoot than when I called them to ask questions and they basically signed me up for a unit (which we cancelled). There is a registration fee ($24) for the first month but this is offset since it is only $1 rent for the first month. You have to have insurance on the unit but it would've been cheaper to pay for rent and insurance than to rent in other places in town, plus, your homeowners insurance may already cover it like ours did. You have to bring your own lock (or buy one of theres for $20) but that seems pretty standard for most storage places. Basically, there were some partially hidden fees (listed above) but even with those, it was still cheaper than other places. Overall, had a great experience!

- Nice and clean but I saw wasps flying around in the unit and tiny red bugs crawling. I am concerned about putting my mattresses and stuffed furniture in there. I wish now I would have opted for climate control even though they are harder to move into. Would it have been better to get one outside unit and one inside unit. I am troubled by what I saw moving in a few things... Overall the place looks very well maintained and clean. Very easy to access and use.... could someone call me 812.449.5653
