I called the call center and the call center employee told me the same thing that it would be refunded at the office upon returning the lock we wereturning the lock we were told no refunds but yet a credit to a future bill nowhere is that disclosed. What this does is put your employees in the line of fire from angry consumers Which not only increases your turnover rate but they don't get paid enough to have to deal with thatWhile making the corporate huge profits

- I rented a unit from the lobby kiosk. The unit that was assigned was already in use, with a lock on it. I contacted customer service and was assured the matter would be resolved and I would be contacted as soon as the matter was rectified. Several hours later I was contacted by the same person, asking if I was interested in renting a space??!!! The same person I spoke to earlier. And again she said she would get right on it and have a solution. I just want my money refunded. There is a problem with lack of customer service
