I contacted customer service and was assured the matter would be resolved and I would be contacted as soon as the matter was rectified. Several hours later I was contacted by the same person, asking if I was interested in renting a space??!!! The same person I spoke to earlier. And again she said she would get right on it and have a solution. I just want my money refunded. There is a problem with lack of customer service

- This is a small storage unit facility, which is nice. Units are easy to find and access. Ours was very clean and ready-to-go when we arrived. Thanks for making the process quick and easy. There is very little to deter someone trying to get into that area but we're hoping that it's obscure enough that most folks don't even know it's there. We put our own lock on it, so we feel fairly confident about the safety of the contents, which are not that valuable but more sentimental.
