- They lie to you, I've had 3 different people call me and I told each one of them what I wanted and it had to be changed 3 different times, then I asked if I could pay at the facility and they all said yes, I was coming from Indy, I was about to turn on the street when a different man calls me and informs that I had to do everything on the phone, I wouldn't of mind if they told me the first time, oh and they wouldn't let me off the phone while I was driving, they are very, very unprofessional and really rude.
