- I made my reservation online. When I got there to look at the space, there was an exhaust fan in t he space they had given me so gave me a different space at the online reservation price. - The Storage employees were very helpful to set up and vacate the unit I worked with Mike and Kelly at Oakbrook Terrace -24802. I missed the move out time by 12 hours and got charged $116 when I paid only $77 for 30 days on the unit. I called Jeff Pattorff Distict Manager to maybe sort out the issue and just pay a late fee instead of another month but never got a hold of him, leaving multiple voice mails with no response.

Not having to drive around after driving to a new destination to find a facility is so convienent. I had the options of reading reviews about the facility before getting there. Plus the maps of the locations is a great plus, I can go there at anytime for anything I might have forgotten to keep out.
