- When you’re inside the storage unit, there is no roof above you in the unit. The only roof is on top of the building itself. It’s very dusty in there I rented here before, and some of them had a roof. I was told that they were all this way when I am certain they are not.

- The folks at CubeSmart are great to work with. We are currently renting two units from them and were pleasantly surprised with the location, cleanliness and the customer service we received. For example, if you are unloading items from a semi-truck, many storage locations can't accommodate this size of the truck but for CubeSmart, you can actually pull up to the door to unload. Plus, Tamara at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and took it upon herself to find someone else in the building to help us move in a final, bulky and pesky item that we were having trouble with moving in. Thank you again CubeSmart. We are very happy and would hands down, easily lease from you again.

- Just moved to the neighborhood and this place was right near the highway. Seems very updated and well kept. Cons: made an appt for sat at 4pm. The email said all I had to pay was $25.($1 first month and $24 one time fee). Because of the unique locks this facility has, you are forced to buy there's. Which is an extra $22. And you cannot use this lock anywhere else except a handful of public storage. I walked out of there having to pay $69, $44 over what I was told I was paying. This was not this locations fault, but public storage company issue. Other than that I am very pleased. And the staff was very nice and made for a quick signup. I would recommend this place to others

- Front desk people are very nice. So many signatures for such a small transaction. High pressure to have you purchase insurance like a car rental. Inside is clean. Biggest gripe is that cart is only available during business hours. Very inconvenient. I can only go when I am not working and my unit is far from the staircase. Only need unit for short time or I would switch.
