- It doesn't appear that the person that I have had that last two encounters with possesses customer care. She is very short with me as if she knows me from some where with an attitude. On Saturday, she told me that she cancelled my rental because she called and I didnt answer. I came in on Friday and conducted the business and told the very nice lady that I would pay on Saturday when I finished packing the truck. On Monday, I called and informed the lady that I needed an additional storage. She stated that she was going to lunch and would not return until 2:15, I stated great because I was still packing. However, it took me longer than planned. When I arrived at 5:00pm, she told me it was 5:00pm and that I could not rent another storage unit because it was too late,. She then asked can you put the items in your storage. I told her no. As a result, I left and rented from some where else. She has basically indicated to me that I am not wanted at this location and that I should go find another storage. So, I did.
