Overall for a short term solution it is a decent option but, I would not leave my things there long term for fear of mildew and mold due to the apparent presence of moisture.

- Both employees I spoke to were very courteous and sympathetic to my frustration when I learned that the $1 for first month rent promotion is for new customers only. I went online, in my account to manage my account and rent an additional unit - only reason I did on line in my account ( not annyomous from web site) was to receive the $1 first month rent. Why wouldn't your company want to give promotions to current customers buying/ renting additional space or services. A success business not only needs to get new business but KEEP current customers. Seriously considering spending my hard earned cash at a different company because of this. Thanks.
