- I needed a fairly good amount of storage and found it fairly quickly. the process was easy. Upon moving in I found the storage a bit lacking in cleansiness. Rodent droppings ect. and it felt not as climate controlled as I thought it would. It will have to do. hope it will be evenly climatized come summer heat. I have items which certainly need a proper mid level temperTure and no moisture.Safety seems good. iI was alone there at late evening and I felt ok.
