- I needed a storage unit BAD the day I just pulled into general storage in griffin. We had just sold our house but still hadnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t decided on a home for ourselves. I needed somewhere close to where I was thinking of purchasing a house to make the future move easier. In about 20 minutes max I was storing our families possessions. I had a great experience with General storage and would definitely use their services again if need be. Hopefully I never will need it again but I know they are there if I need them.

- The customer service is horrible. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been locked out of my unit twice after making payments. I sent over the estate documents to accounts management. August 3,2021 I received 2 emails for payment under the estate of my father, August22,2021invoice for Septemberﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s payment under my name.September 2,2021 received invoice of a rate increase for Octoberﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s payment. September 9,2021 a thank you receipt for making the payment under my name. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been told that Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll receive a prorated payment for being locked out of my unit. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve asked to speak to accounts management, they tell me I would have to email them because they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a contact number. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve asked for the supervisor they transfer you to a recording. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve left messages no response. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve also been told that Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll receive a call , email or a letter from account management itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s going on 4 months without any response just my making payments and being locked out without any access to my deceased father items along with some of my personal items . I my going to take this to the media and hire a lawyer since they canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t give me a direct answer on my unit. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m now a week away from having to make another payment.
