- Instead of one 10×30 I found I have three 10×10. Secondly, another unit I rented has 2 lifting doors from both sides. Doors lock from the best side to access has lock and access code doesn't work. Spent 30 minutes to talk with talking bot, issue wasn't resolved. Called again a few more times and gave up. Would give 3.8 stars out of 5. Otherwise, units clean, accessible and looks good. Unfortunately, customer support lack human support. Bot "Manager" doesn't help me.

- Sandra saved the day. Facility abandoned when I went to check-in even though I filled out those huge lengthy forms on-line. She arrived and neither of us could make the assigned entry gate code work and she had to exchange the inaccessible storage unit for another. Without her help you would have lost an angry client and AMEX would have withdrawn my payment. Nice clean air conditioned unit once I could finally unlock all the gates and doors.

- When you pull in there is a drop. There is no fence and my unit is in between rows which is going to make it hard to get a non running vehicle in. Good news, it has cameras room and people to help you over the phone. The pricing is excellent and accessible 24/7. That's also what I needed. Over all I'd recommend it.
