- So far the pricing, customer service and check in process has been great. We reserved on line, then called to confirm. The attendant working at the location was so very helpful. We had also called their after hours customer support and again, very helpful and kind. This is a new facility so everything was very clean. They do have a couple of carts to help carry your items in. If it’s a busy day you may not have access but we found it very helpful. We left our previous storage unit because they increased the price over $60 in only 7 months. I’m hoping this won’t be the case here.
