- The customer service is spectacular. Barbara is amazing, she is very helpful and was willing to answer all my questions. The pricing online it said first month free and 25 dollar admin fee but the admin fee was 29 dollars so i was a little upset cause with insurance it came 41 dollars for the first month. But I like that it is climate controlled, it was very cool in the building and storage unit. I do think if i would have shopped around a little more i could have found better pricing but i was in a bind and Barbara was so kind to answer all my questions. The customer service really does make the company and Barbara is one of a kind.

- I opted to rent this storage unit because I needed one fast and I needed it as inexpensive as possible. I didn’t think about the pro-rated days left in the month, but after that was added on I got my first free month! I don’t have renter’s insurance currently, but adding their own insurance was almost cheaper! I also opted for 24hr access. You have to pay extra $10/month for that but I think it’s worth it for now.

- We didn't receive adequate communication about the gate code and there was no office on site. We happened to have cell phones but the world shouldn't revolve around cell phones and had we not had one on hand, we couldn't have gotten in. The code I assigned online at check in didn't work and no instructions were received to tell us that our code didn't work. Also, the location is remote and industrial. I see it may have a high risk of break ins at night with it being so isolated. I just hope the security is good and the facility has a good security camera system.
