- I paid $189 a month for a climate controlled unit to protect my furniture only to have their AC unit leak water into my unit. Everything had mold and mildew and I am unwilling to use any of it. The district Manage was unwilling to help me. She offer 6 months of free storage because I left furniture there. I informed her that was all the mold invested furniture. I paid close to two thousand dollars only to have their AC destroy everything I own. You would think they would at least offer to reimburse me for the money I paid them to protect my furniture but nothing.

As with other storage units be prepared to utilize your own means of waste removal as there are no trash cans on the premises and bathroom isn’t always unlocked during office closed hours
