- My only complaint, other than the storage unit market as a whole is way overpriced, is that there was a lot of homeless traffic. Nobody bothered me or my stuff, it was just awkward putting stuff in/out with my kids in tow and having some man/woman stumbling by geek'd up.

- I t has been a good experience except for the fact that I had a 26 foot moving van and the corners are VERY TIGHT and they also allow motor homes and boats to park around the edges which makes navigating a moving van VERY DIFFICULT. I ended up hitting one of corner posts because of the very tight turn to get to my unit. Fortunately, I had purchased insurance on the truck where I had rented it, so it didn't cost me anything and I did not damage anything on the storage site. The office manager was very nice and helpful. I would gladly rent there again, but next time I will not rent such a long truck.

- I had a last minute change where I needed to delay my move-in day by 3 days and they didn't mind at all! Was very easy to change the date and I had no extra fee for the change. On moving day the woman at the desk was very helpful and attentive. The process to pay was quick and easy. The facility is well kept and clean which was big for me. I have seen other storage facilities that were dirty and definitely not suitable to store my household items in. Overall great people working the desk and very clean facility! Would recommend to others without a doubt.

- My facility is in Ponte Vedra, FL.. Each year I've seen the cost increase. I value the customer service and the close-proximity to the storage area and I've never felt unsafe going in there. However I feel paying a fee of $125 to $135 per month would be enough and would be a big help with my budget. I'm afraid if the cost increases again next year I'll need to find another storage facility that charges less, and will not automatically increase the fee each renewal or as of the new year. I'm now paying $170.77 which includes a discount, but is still quite expensive for storage.
