- I like how clean and nice facilities also appreciate does provide hand truck for your convenience putting in and out of your storage unit. However, the bathroom is only open while the office is open. That is not good at all. The money they are charging is high and at least let use bathroom while we are wonton our storage unit. Plus we have to purchase our own key that is mot cool. The fee is already high with insurance and administrative fees, tax etc.. it becomes very expensive.

- I walked in Saturday, July 6, 2024 & 10:00 A.M on the dot. Diana greeted me with a smile and was extremely helpful. I requested to view the unit before I moved in and Diana was delighted to show the Unit to me. She discussed how she expects us to keep the unit clean, confirmed that all elevators were working and showed me how to use the elevators and passcode. Very Easy process and great customer service which is very difficult to find. I moved from Public Storage where my experience was the complete opposite. Thank You Prime Storage for an easy transition Saturday.

Rust falls from the overhead roof and the pressure washing of building blows debris in the space and all over my items. Very clean, safe outside area and easy access to space.

- I do not like the type of the lock... I believe the different one would be safer. There are NO GARBAGE CAN to be found anywhere on the floor!!! It may sound not important but it is important. But staff is friendly... the storage room was clean.... and I got a really good deal... The Insurance "stinks"... Public Storage in reality, does not give you any insurance at all; You have to buy it and still.. the are not responsible for anything... Entry to the building... much too small and only one. When there are 2-3 U-Haul's... there is no room for you to start unpacking... Why there is only one entry to actual storage building... Inside... the hallways are so narrow that 2 people w/stuff can't pass each other...
