- I purchased my own lock in attempt to save some money and make things easier because I didn’t want to have to use a key, the two times I went to the facility. The manager wasn’t on site, so I still paid a lock fee. My gate access code didn’t work initially when I went to the facility I had to be buzzed in. I was only dropping off a few things initially, so when I want to leave, I wasn’t able to and I had to wait to be buzzed out. The total process of waiting around to be buzzed in and buzzed out took easily 20 to 30 minutes. I had to be out of my home by 2:20, or I would be forcibly removed. The 30 minutes caused me to not be able to have enough time to bring 2,000 worth of furniture.

- We choose this facility because of it's location to our house and also the price was good. Got a small break by renting it online. Make sure you bring your house insurance declaration page to the office. It will save you the $10 a month insurance fee. We also brought our own padlock which saves another $10 or $20. As a plus, the person in the office was great. She was nice, friendly, helpful and efficient.
