- This specific facility offered online deals that were far cheaper than any other facility within 30 miles of my area. At the time of purchase in Jan. 2024, the price was 55-70% less than others for a 5x5 unit. The staff was friendly and helpful, provided a tour and explanation of how to work the lock. Paperwork was also completed very quickly. There's a one time fee for the lock and also a one- time administrative fee plus a monthly fee for insurance. The facility is clean, with motion sensor lights and security cameras. The code secured entrance gate routes to the back of the building with a parking lot and a code secured door for entry. Carts are just inside the door and 2 elevators as well. Everything is easily accessed. The parking lot exits around the other side of the building, opposite of the entrance. It's an easy setup.

- The manager was really good and did his best to correct the problem. My news was said it was ready and to be new dentist. However, the system had just sent the information as out. Actually didn't done by the facility. Call the corporate number billing at impressed at all with Cube Smart. Seems like the corporate entity doesn't really support the manager's correctly. No one due to they have the best interests of the customer for the appropriate running of the facility in mind. I'm going to hear before it was. This new current company and the management was great in the facility was ran well. They upgrades they have made and paint. And such doesn't really make up for a lack of appropriate corporate management.

- I have used extra space for the last 4 years. My 1st 3 years was in Loveland they increased my monthy price one time and then worked with me and discounted it for about 6 months. But the longmont location. Nope. Not helpful at all. Have increased the price twice in 8 months. From $265 a month to now $440 a month. IN 8 MONTHS. And online it's still cheaper. I'm moving my stuff else where because this is absolutely obserd and ridiculous. There should be laws against this. I do not recommend.

- We’ve been in this storage facility for a year. Nearby construction has ruined this facility and all of our precious baby gear for infants was covered in dust so thick we could barely breathe. When we inquired the staff said there wasn’t anything they could do about it. RUN from this facility.
