- Hi my name is James and I am renting a unit here at Clear homes storage and I had an issue with my gate code and what the issue was was my gate code was turned off because of the electronic signature that signed on my contract did not work when they tried to process it and I bought a locked her and I paid for the end of one month and a whole month that has yet to come and I couldn't get in and I had driven 120 130 Mi with the load and try to get in I couldn't get in and I had to have someone else babysit it but the next morning we got this issue resolved and everybody's happy and I still a renter that and it got fixed
