- Facility is brand new. BUT- you need the ESS app on your phone to enter the gate and your unit (all locks are Bluetooth enabled, a physical lock is not necessary). Only thing I will ding them for is that the price they gave me turned out to only last for four months because it’s a promo price, but I was only told that after I came in to sign my lease and not during the two phone calls I had with them prior discussing the price.

- I have used extra space for the last 4 years. My 1st 3 years was in Loveland they increased my monthy price one time and then worked with me and discounted it for about 6 months. But the longmont location. Nope. Not helpful at all. Have increased the price twice in 8 months. From $265 a month to now $440 a month. IN 8 MONTHS. And online it's still cheaper. I'm moving my stuff else where because this is absolutely obserd and ridiculous. There should be laws against this. I do not recommend.

- By "first month free" they mean you have to still pay the first month plus a sneaky deposit (same amount and the second month) and promise to get a second month free but still end up charging you and letting you sort out the inconvenience. It took a few days for them to reverse the charge and it doesn't account for the inconvenience of not having the money in my account. We chose this location because it was the closest to Foco that we could get climate controlled even through its 40 min away from home. The entrance/loading to this place makes it almost impossible with the other businesses around it so I don't recommend it if you have a lot of stuff (I maxed out a 10x10 ad its was so weird with the parking situation)
