- This place has been robbed multiple times,storages broken into often, due to homeless living on property(mangement will not evict). Gate is often broken and not secure. Place has rodent infestation they try to eradicate but its impossible due to the tweakers living there. Garbage and urine. Police are there often. office is only open five days and is not doing a good job. Corporate help is nonexistant. Look elsewhere if you value your belongings.

- Renting during covid 19 stay at home so they needed to adapt to that. Rented a unit. Going through the lease online was a a difficult mash up of over the phone and online back and forth. It was no where near as easy as it should of been. Customer service was good-ish. Still was not able to recieve a signed lease. Gave up trying and waiting until i can drive into the office and get one on the spot. Gate code still doesnt work. Overall, after moving in, peice of mind for my belongings went down considerably. After factoring in the covid changes, this process was still far more difficult than it needed to be. A higher level manager needs to set out clear and precise instructions on how to complete new tasks remotely as it seemed like no one had thought out the process and streamlined working in this situation at all. It would also be nice to have a box with plastic sheets or something like that next to the code box to enter the numbers. In addition, the unit wasn't quite 10 x 10 which made fitting 10ft steel lengths quite a difficult task. Measure before you rent if you need exactly 10ft. It does say approx so i was ok with this, but just a warning. Hopefully everything is smooth sailing from here. Thanks.

- I reserved my storage and went in for paper work just a few days ago. The facility is very nice and new. They have security cameras and give you a personal PIN number to enter. So it feels very safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I I got a good size storage for an affordable price and am happy with my purchase.

- I rented a "five by five" storage space, but it actually measures just 3.5 x 5, a 30% reduction in the amount of space I thought I'd get. Next size up didn't have the $1 for first month offer, so I stuck with it, and it'll work out, but I'll have to pack pretty tightly in there to make it work. Otherwise, the facility is the nicest storage place I've encountered, and have used several in the past. I appreciate that it's all indoors, and air conditioned. I'm not storing stuff that's sensitive to heat, but I am, so it'll be great staying cool while putting stuff in/getting stuff out. The facility is new, so it's clean, and not all banged up. Yet.
