Would definitely recommend making sure you have their app downloaded, get familiar with it so you can navigate which access points you are using, and make sure your phone is charged so you don’t get locked out. One negative thing I experienced was being charged 3 times for the admin fee. Not sure if it was a mistake or what happened. I work a lot so calling to fix it during their business hours has been a hassle for me. Pay attention to the charges before you walk out. Aside from that, everything else is pretty smooth and I’m happy with this place.

I decided I needed a larger unit than I had initially anticipated and she was able to locate one for me that was easily accessible. She fully explained each step of the sign up process, along with details of each of the initial fees and as this is the middle of the month, how the monthly rental fee is pro-rated for January to bring me to the full fee starting February. She even walked me over to the gate to confirm I could gain access with the provided code. She made the process smooth and I felt comfortable with the sign up process.
