- When I went onto the website to pick a unit I was given a price of $129 month and I was ok with that price so I pressed the "Reserve" button. But I immediately got the confirmation back and it was for $149. I printed out the page that said $129 and took it with me when I went to the facility but they would not honor that price because the date wasn't on the page. I believe they should have honored the price that was there when I decided to get the unit.

- This storage is close to home and is climate controlled which is a plus. Only complaint is that there are no carts to move heavy boxes with. They started locking them and since then haven't been able to use one. My prices went up though. otherwise the facility is nice.
